1. All engineers visits are chargeable at standard rates even if no works are carried out.
2. All rates are subject to the addition of VAT, Materials, Plant, Rubbish Disposal & Parking Costs.
3. Prices quoted are for a single engineer. If your job requires two or more engineers then please multiply the price by the number of workmen involved.

**STANDARD PLUMBING & HEATING RATES**
Small Works and Maintenance during hours 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)	First 1/2 man hour on site (or part thereof)	£55.00+vat
	Subsequent 1/2 man hours (including travelling time)	£25.00+vat

**24hr EMERGENCY PLUMBING RATES**
Applicable after 3pm Mon - Friday - Weekends & Holidays	First 1/2 man hour on site (or part thereof)	£120.00+vat (£140inc vat)
	Subsequent Costs per 1/2 man hour (or part thereof inc travel time)	£68.00+vat (£80inc vat)
