PLUMBING, HEATING & ENGINEERS & GAS PLUMBER COST
Labour rate per engineer involved – 1st 30 minutes on site £80.00+VAT + Material & Parking costs if any. The rate for each subsequent 30 minutes will be £40.00+VAT + Materials & Parking costs if any. All travelling time involved to do the job, obtain materials etc will also be charged at this rate.

Labour rate per engineer involved – 1st 30 minutes on site £80.00+VAT + Material & Parking costs if any. The rate for each subsequent 30 minutes will be £40.00+VAT + Materials & Parking costs if any. All travelling time involved to do the job, obtain materials etc will also be charged at this rate. Electrical engineers are not available outside these times.

Labour rate per engineer involved CALL OUT £140.00+VAT plus 1st 15 minutes on site £35.00+VAT + Material & Parking costs if any. The rate for each subsequent 15 minutes will be £35.00+VAT + Materials & Parking costs if any. All travelling time involved to do the job, obtain materials etc will also be charged at this rate.

ELECTRICIAN PRICES FOR EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS
1. All engineer's visits are chargeable at standard rates even if no works are carried out.
2. All rates are subject to the addition of VAT, Materials, Plant, Rubbish Disposal & Parking Costs.
3. We only cover the Edinburgh area, EH postcode only.
4. There is a surcharge for any area further than 30 mins travel outside Edinburgh city centre.
